However, that's all changing, with their latest batch of super-powered mobile phones, devices so clever, they most likely COULD change the world; the i900, the F480, and now... the stunning Samsung i8510 INNOV8.
Camera, Action
The Samsung i8510 INNOV8 takes the famous Series 60 operating system and builds on it, to make a truly jaw-dropping mobile phone. And one of the key reasons for that? It's the first smartphone in the UK to feature a huge EIGHT megapixel camera. However, the best way to describe it is 'an 8 megapixel camera, with loads of extra features added on'. So, you have autofocus, flash, anti-shake and face detection. The Samsung i8510 INNOV8 can even detect if someone blinks, while you're taking the photo! Then you have another feature that's completely unrelated, and yet linked to, the camera, and that is GPS. How is it linked to to the camera? Because by using the two features together, you can 'geo-tag' your pictures with the Samsung i8510 INNOV8, adding location info of exactly where you took the photo.
Light/Sound
After you've taken loads of geo-tagged photos with the Samsung i8510 INNOV8, then it's time to start up the media player, which is absolutely brilliant. Music, movies and pictures all leap off the screen in bright colour, and because there's also a TV-Out port in the Samsung i8510 INNOV8, you can actually use the phone as the control centre of a portable cinema and music system!
