My daughter and I have just completed separate 12 month cash back deals with phones4u and were all smiles- easy process, quick payments; couldnt ask for better. Im amazed at the bad reviews Ive seen here because weve been doing cashback deals for 3 years now and phones4u are by far the best weve come across.

they are rubbish! no help whatsoever, they make you do everything, i had to fax my id to vodafone, but guess what phones4u gave me the wrong number twice! so after 2 weeks i gave up! cant be bothered with them anymore!

Distinctly average. Phone was late. Took me about 4 attempts to get through to call centre, someone had cancelled my order. They took it again over the phone and sent me out the phone the next day.

Every thing was fine with the order and the phone, but I had great difficulty getting through to their call centre. But once they answered they did sort out my missing headset quickly. I have since recommended them to one of my friends and he got everything fine with no problems, so thats good.
