The worst service i have ever recieved! Ordered my phone a month ago and was sent a faulty one. Then was sent another and that was faulty. The phone then became out of stock and I AM STILL WAITING .. AND .. PAYING for the contract! Takes at least 30 mins for them to pick up the phone, service NOT friendly OR helpful. Once they have your money they dont care. Horrendous service.. keep away!

I was worried after reading all of these negative reviews but I have got my handset in a very good condition and within 2 days. I am happy with their service but while I am trying to get in touch with them to cancel my Optional Extras, it seems to be impossible to get the line.

This company fail to answer your email queries - they keep you on hold if you choose to ask for sales dept, any other dept you get cut off and I havent even received my phone yet - so imagine what kind of service is expected when i receive the phone.....not best pleased

No problem at all, got my PS3 along with my phone, free game and blueray dvd film in it as well, really nice surprise. Only drawback is that they dont have any shops, so youve got to play with a phone in a carphone warehouse then go back home and get on the internt.
