Phone as promised and very quick delivery, even exchanged the phone within 3 days as the first was faulty. But I have had some issues with cash back as they seem to try and imply the vouchers were not sent back. However, assuming you send by recorded delivery and then contact the cashback website quoting the tracking number they do send out the cheques, very frustratng as they have done this each time for the last 3 cheques! Whilst I have gotten my cashback the fact that they seem to try and not send your cheque is quite insulting so I would have to say I will probably avoid E2Save in the future.

Phone arrived quickly and an automatic chequeback came as promised...then nothing, despite sending off the vouchers etc. They are uncontactable. Carphone Warehouse (the owners) couldnt even get through. What a scam!

Horrible deals.. i did purchase a handset and was promised a cashback every 3 months which i never got atleast once. tried calling them up end number of times, they never respond.. I would not recommend anyone to go with e2save... its a complete rip off.. its a complete fake

Very good dealer, I was on a £35/month dolphin contract with orange (300mins,400txts and an unlimited magic number). W810i. Price match deal. The net cost of the phone after 12 months, after all cashback, was £0! (Although i had to pay for itemised listings on my bill which was £1.50/month) No problems with cashback. Fast delivery and they reminded me when the contract was about to end. *****

Do not use! I submitted my bill as per my cashback agreement and they said I was too late, recorded delivery said otherwise. Took ages to get my money back and I missed next payment. Carphone warehouse then started ringing me saying they pick up alot of disgruntled e2save customers - they are part of same group! Then Carphone warehouse signed me up for a deal over the phone that I did not agree to! I then had a battle to stop my account with them and wasted so much time and money. Steer clear.

very good phones and deals especially the clearance ones. got free insurance aswell which is good, will probably cancel after month 1 but at least its there. Backed by car phone ware house so you know they do good deals. Recommended.

Very good, got really good deal on Nokia 6300 12 months at £1.99, you cant say better than that. As for cashback I never have issues, I just set reminders in my phone to tell me to send the bills and I send them recorded delivery. Easy. Why cant you do these reviews anonymously? Had to put .. to prtoect my name.

Great choice, I got a Nokia N95 clearance phone and got an extra £150 cashback and the phone was like brand new. The only thing was the box was a bit battered, but who cares? I dont even know where the box is now...
