Beepys customer service was an absolute disgrace. You have to wait an enternity to speak to someone (thats if you can get through as the line is usually engaged and even if it does ring they put the phone down on you after you have been on hold for 5 minutes). They do not inform you that your free gift is not delivered when you confirm your order but two months later. Their responses via email were virtually non-existent. Finally, their delivery service does not put cards through the door so if you are not in you have to call Beepy (and suffer all of the above again!) for them to arrange another delivery - we went through this merry-go-round for two weeks before we got our phone! Overall avoid!

this company has bad customer service, i waited 3 monts to recieve the computer after many messages it did arrive but it wasnt the right one as advertised, a cheaper one came and they had the wrong address on it and the delivery man was knocking on all the doors to find me. when i contacted them about it i got no reply. they are advertising dual core computers to make you take out a more expensive phone plan and send out a cheaper laptop which you could get at any company for a lesser monthly phone plan. dont deal with this company, i have since been in touch with other dissatisfied customers.
