I just got my w910i 4 days ago. I was really impressed with the features it has and happy with it till last night. When i connected it to the charger, it went blank. It was totally off and wouldnt respond to me pressing any button or the power button. After about a minute the screen back on againg. Didnt like that one bit. This morning when i connected the earphones, the same thing happend again. I am flabbergasted, i have never owned a sony ericsson before. Is this normal or is the something seriously wrong with the phone. Really disappointed.

Quite frankly the most confusing phone Ive ever used, performing the simplest function requires accessing more than one menu in most cases and the predictive text is the most unpredictive Ive encountered, nothing on this is user friendly at all and combined with the basic and somewhat uselss handbook they give this will leave frustrated to say the least. Normally it only takes a few days to familarise myself with a new handset, alas after three months with this one Im just about to give up - Definitely not recommended.

I bought mine the other day and am loving it. The shake technology works just fine and the actual phone is awesome! The nightime quality on the camera is not really as I would expect of a camera if it cost this much but of a mobile phone WITH a camera it is to be expected. All in all I am thrilled with it. The O2 site needs a great deal more maintenance though as I am forever coming up against 404 errors and the phone update manager didnt work but that may be a glitch their end and not the phones fault.
All in all I am thrilled with the Sony Ericsson W910i and would buy it again if I had the choice.

this company are cowboys, my phone and computer came, looked like the computer was seconhand then after 1 month stopped working, i asked them to change it but they said it was too late as it was a day past i month since i recieved it, i now have a computer that dosnt work.

this company has bad customer service, i waited 3 monts to recieve the computer after many messages it did arrive but it wasnt the right one as advertised, a cheaper one came and they had the wrong address on it and the delivery man was knocking on all the doors to find me. when i contacted them about it i got no reply. they are advertising dual core computers to make you take out a more expensive phone plan and send out a cheaper laptop which you could get at any company for a lesser monthly phone plan. dont deal with this company, i have since been in touch with other dissatisfied customers.

Very good dealer, I was on a £35/month dolphin contract with orange (300mins,400txts and an unlimited magic number). W810i. Price match deal. The net cost of the phone after 12 months, after all cashback, was £0! (Although i had to pay for itemised listings on my bill which was £1.50/month) No problems with cashback. Fast delivery and they reminded me when the contract was about to end. *****
