I got this handset from three went back four times and had three replacement batteries as it would not hold a charge for more that 18-20 hours and that was sitting on the table a whole lot less if you dared to use it. Eventually after a lot of tooing and froing to the shop to have it repaired as they would not replace the handset, they eventually replaced the electronics board and it seems to be working fine the coffee table test lasted a good 3-4 days.
Apart from that its a nice well constructed handset heavy so you know its there and full of good features.

I bought this phone nearly 6 months ago now and have had very few worries. The only problems i have had with it is that when the battery runs down the predictive text bar goes all fuzzy and you cant see the words you want to spell, and if you dont let the battery run out when this happens it will remain doing this.

Nice looking phone but.... keypad does not light up in the dark so impossible to text or make a call in the dark. Ring tone not very load and screen cracked after 8 months!! This is not covered by warrenty.

This phone is a quality phone for music. The sound quality is awesome along with some excellent playback keys on the side. The camera is decent although mine turned slightly blurry after about a months of use. It is very slim and light and fits comfortably in the palm of your hand. All in all it is a very good phone.

dont touch these cowboys with a bargepole. They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt within a company, absolutely shocking and it took 4 month and orange to sort the issue out on my behalf. they will try to rip you off at the 1st opportunity and their manager will not talk nor response to letters or emails. You have been warned.

Very Good, Ive set up a number of Mobile Broadband units from 3 and never had a problem with customer service having phoned up a few times to sort out problems. Sometimes the mobile broadband can be a little slow, but that is not the case all of the time.

Prices ok but when dust got into the face of my LG Viewty from my pocket, they charged me £23.50 plus £6 p&p to look at the mobile and wanted £100 to fix it as they claimed it was not part of the warranty(7 months old). Ive crossed them and Orange off my list
