Features: Superb, I love the email and web browser, the organiser is excellent as are the office type features. I'm still getting to grips with the GPS feature, but on first glance it looks awesome.
Design: Very nice, not quite a top end Sony Ericsson or Nokia, but pretty flipping good all the same.
Build Quality: A bit average. Definitely the thing Blackberry need to work on, it's a bit plasticky and flimsy. You wouldn't want to be dropping it to often, no good for Roy Carroll then!

The W960i is a superb phone, I love it love it love it! I've had Sony Ericsson phones for years and then changed to a Nokia N95 last year...Biiiig mistake. Now I'm back on the Sony Ericsson train I'm very glad about it.
My only gripe is that I've gone from a 5 mega pixel to a 3 mega pixel camera...boooooo.
However, it doesn't stop the W960i being an amazing phone. Get one.

I find it very slow to load after it has just been turned on all the time. I find it highly annoying that after 8 days i still haven't got my money which i payed, for my credit. Therefore i cannot text or ring anyone. The other thing is that when you use the LG chocolates extras like camera and video i have a problem with the voice recorder. On this phone u only get 20 seconds recording time!! On other phones u get muh more!!! Apart from that all is good with the LG chocolate. Its very sleek and pretty. I find the touchpad very useful and i love how u can slide it up and down! I'm addicted to doing that!!!:)LOL I love the cable u get with it so u can put stuff on ur phone onto the computer. I find that very useful. Overall i think the LG chocolate is a brill phone and i would reccomend it to anyone!!!!!

Very good, got really good deal on Nokia 6300 12 months at £1.99, you cant say better than that. As for cashback I never have issues, I just set reminders in my phone to tell me to send the bills and I send them recorded delivery. Easy. Why cant you do these reviews anonymously? No problem at all, got my PS3 along with my phone, free game and blueray dvd film in it as well, really nice surprise. Only drawback is that they dont have any shops, so youve got to play with a phone in a carphone warehouse then go back home and get on the internt.

No problem with Dial aphone, I got a phone about 12 months ago and everything was fine, I have had no no problems with claimnig cashback, got paid ok. Phone is Nokia E65 which to be fair isnot the best it keeps running out of memory and crashing, I should have spent a bit more and got a Nokia 95.

Took me 3 goes to complete sale, shopping cart kept failing. But once I got through it, with gritted teeth, the deal was fine. Phone was delivered the following Monday and everything worked out of the box. I recommend the Nokia N95 Black one, it is brilliant. I used to have the silver one but tis is much better, bigger screen, faster access to applications, and the slide is a lot smoother. Highly recommended.
