About the HTC Touch Pro

HTC are responsible for some of the best looking Windows Mobile phones ever, but not everyone has heard of them, presumably because the name isn't as cool as something like Nokia. Perhaps they were thought of, previously, as a bit 'business-y'? Well, that's all set to change, because here comes a super-intuitive, incredibly sleek, and utterly beautiful mobile phone that is poised to take on the iPhone: the fabulous HTC Touch Pro.

The reason you'll notice it is because the Touch Pro is one of the first mobile phones to feature a full VGA resolution, at 480 x 640 pixels. Or, in other words, it's better than just about ANY other phone you can think of! That IS a good thing, because it lets you take in the full impact of the brand new 3D TouchFlo interface that you use to navigate round the phone. It's built on Windows Mobile, but you'd never realise, as the TouchFlo interface that sits on top is simply one of the slickest, sexiest and most intuitive interfaces ever made. Swipes and touches of your finger will kick the HTC Touch Pro into beautiful, animated life, and everything feels wonderful to use. And of course, to enter text, you have a superb, full QWERTY keyboard; it really is a PC in our pocket!

No matter how nice the HTC Touch Pro is to use, however, and it doesn't matter how incredible and easy its interface is, it'll be no good if it doesn't do much. But this is HTC, so you can guarantee it'll be crammed full of features. Take, for instance, the 3 megapixel camera built in, that allows you to snap away and grab amazing photos totally on the spur of the moment. If you ever wanted to share those photos online, then that's going to be very easy and fun, because not only has the HTC Touch Pro got HSDPA at up to 7.2Mbps (ok, without doubt, that's broadband speeds!), but it also has the brilliant Opera Mobile web browser, which is, quite simply, the slickest and most amazing web browser you can get on mobile phones!

Now throw in to the mix the fact that the HTC Touch Pro has GPS built in (giving you the ability to never get lost again!), and you'll find that nothing else can compare to this stunning phone.
