HTC are responsible for some of the best looking Windows Mobile phones ever, but not everyone knows who they are, probably because the name isn't as cool as something like Nokia. Well, now they've brought out a phone aimed squarely at taking on what some say is the coolest phone ever. That is, of course, the iPhone, and the phone that will take it down is the fabulous HTC Touch HD.

Aside from the astonishingly sleek design (which will grab your attention and never let go), the first thing you'll fall in love with on the HTC Touch HD is its touchscreen, 3.8 glorious inches of it. The reason it'll stand out is because the Touch HD is one of the first mobile phones to feature a full WVGA (widescreen VGA) resolution, at 480x800 pixels. Or, to put it another way, it's better than just about ANY other phone you can think of! And that's a good thing, because it lets you take in the utter brilliance of the TouchFLO 3D interface that you use to navigate round the phone. It's built on Windows Mobile, but you'd never know it, as the TouchFLO 3D interface that sits on top is simply one of the sleekest, sexiest and most intuitive interfaces ever made. No matter how nice the HTC Touch HD is to use, though, and no matter how amazing and intuitive its interface is, it'll be pointless if it does nothing.
